Position Description
The Talent Partner's key responsibilities include:
- Provide high quality, end-to-end recruitment services to Executive School staff.
- Attract, source, assess and proactively selecting the best internal and external talent.
- Develop talent strategies based on the current market through a broad range of platforms for attraction strategies.
- Understand the Schools Enterprise Agreement.
Experience/Criteria
- Ability to juggle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, and accommodate workflow increases during peak recruitment periods (experience in agency/inhouse recruitment).
- Experience accessing awards and enterprise agreements and classifying positions appropriately within employment contracts.
- Creative and innovative in developing talent sourcing strategies and making policy suggestions to support the stakeholders.
- Experience preparing contractual agreements with strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
- Experience in writing job advertisement utilising highly developed written skills to engage and attract suitable candidates.
- Demonstrated experience in administering a human resources information system.
- A high level of professionalism, confidentially, compliance and ethical practice and the ability to adapt to a changing environment and high-volume workload.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Recruitment and/or Human Resources OR strong experience within HR in a customer focused industry.
- Current Class C Driver’s Licence.
