Your New Chapter
At VetPartners, we pride ourselves on delivering shared services support that drives success for our veterinary clinics. The Talent Resourcer will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging experienced and emerging Veterinarians to meet the staffing needs of our veterinary practices across Australia. This role involves leveraging various recruitment channels, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Lead TA Business Partner and clinics to strategically source and place vets for immediate and future needs
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.
- Create and post engaging job advertisements and other social media posts to attract suitable candidates
- Engage in headhunting via LinkedIn Projects and Candidate Outreach
- Network and build relationships with veterinarians
- Assist with global recruitment campaigns, conferences, and industry events
- Contribute to business growth by improving and optimising systems and processes
- Collaborate with university career services and faculty to promote VetPartners’ opportunities and initiatives.
- Attend university events, career fairs, and information sessions to represent VetPartners.
Skills, Attributes, and Experience:
- Previous experience in a recruitment or talent sourcing role, preferably within the healthcare or veterinary industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to write compelling advertising and campaign content focused on engaging potential candidates.
