This role will incorporate a wide range of recruitment tasks including: taking a hiring brief, developing a sourcing plan, attracting and phone screening candidates, responding to candidate and hiring manager queries, scheduling interviews and reference checking. You'll take a proactive recruitment approach, establish long term relationships, and ensure the integrity of our recruitment and selection processes. - Plan and execute recruitment sourcing activity to ensure quality, diverse talent is sourced from active and passive candidate markets.
- Work closely with Engineering Leadership to build a world class recruitment process that is inclusive and provides the best possible candidate experience.
- Deliver efficient and effective hiring support that ensures #beautiful experiences for Xero leaders, colleagues and candidates.
- Maintain an up to date database of engaged candidates.
- Leverage the Xero employer brand to engage talent communities for immediate, and future hiring requirements.
- Engage in cross skilling, to assist with recruitment across portfolios (as required).
- 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle in-house Technical Recruiter, preferably with a mix of recruiting for large and growth stage companies.
- Track record of effective and efficient sourcing, assessment and selection of quality, diverse talent.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage multiple hire sources to deliver outcomes.
- Uses data to adjust recruitment practices Track record of positive experiences with hiring leaders, colleagues and candidates.
