We currently have a rare Taste Life Coordinator / Health and Wellbeing Coordinator opportunity on one of our flagship villages in Moranbah QLD.
The Position
- Plan and deliver engaging social events on site
- Conduct a variety of group fitness activities and classes for residents
- Implement and assist in the coordination of company-wide health initiatives
- Monitor and maintain all sporting, leisure and recreational activities / facilities on site
- Conduct Health Assessments and Gym Inductions for residents
- Provide educational seminars as required
- Ensure communication and reporting processes are followed
- Roster: 14 days on, 7 days off
- Salary range: $80-90K
- Location: Moranbah QLD - FIFO from Brisbane or DIDO from Mackay and surrounding areas
The Person
- Certificate IV in Fitness, Diploma of Sport and Recreation or health related degree is essential
- Current first aid and CPR certificates
- Passion for physical and mental health and fitness
- Previous experience conducting group fitness activities and classes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in technical aspects of gym and recreation facilities
- High level focus on engagement with Clients and village residents
- Events coordination and health promotion background
