Our International Tax & Transaction Services team are seeking a Senior Consultant who is passionate about International Tax to support our clients advising on tax matters ranging from investments, acquisitions, disposals, business transformations, business restructures, planning for new international projects and internal and external financing.
In this role you will team with EY professionals and client stakeholders to advise many of the world's largest organisations, fastest-growing companies and private equity firms on some of the most complex, high-profile deals in the market.
The transactions market is a major part of EY's go to market strategy. Working in Transaction Tax, you will be given the tools, training and flexibility to work on interesting and varied matters to grow your career exponentially with an employer that truly invests in the development and well-being of its people.

- Experience in tax consulting (within a top tier accounting firm, corporate, business consulting or legal environment)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and time management capabilities
- Ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proactive and able to identify and resolve problems
