Built around a small community, Galston High School is nestled within the semi-rural area of Galston and Dural. • Approval to teach Secondary Library or currently undertaking or currently enrolled in Teacher Librarian qualifications approved by the NSW Department of Education.  
• Capacity to provide an innovative and creative approach to promoting and managing a library that functions as a 21st-century learning hub for the school, supporting teaching and learning across all KLAs. 
• Capacity to contribute to whole school programs to develop a culture of reading, literacy, research skills and critical thinking.
• Demonstrated high levels of communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with students, teachers, parents and the wider school community.
