The Position
Set to commence immediately on an initial casual contract with flexible rostering at 0.6 of full-time. The role is designed to work alongside two to three sales agents and assist with overflow/annual leave within the existing administration team. Team mentality is a must at DGRE as the successful candidate will be collaborating with the Sales Team, General Manager and two Senior Executive Assistants to oversee and manage all property transactions from listing through to settlement.
Thorough one-on-one handover and training.
- Working within a medium size team
- Manage and prepare properties to launch
- Manage the sales contract process
- Liaising with agents, conveyancers, contractors, sellers, and buyers
- Streamlined systems, procedures and checklists
Skills and Experience Preferred
- Real Estate experience, ideally real estate administration as an executive assistant or office admin role
- Initiative and can-do attitude with strong multi-tasking skillset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, adapt to dynamic environment and effective time-management and organisational skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail also important skills.
