This role is responsible for managing the lifecycle training requirements of our PCBU subcontractors onsite inclusive of administration, data, and document management, tracking and quality assurance in order to fulfil our duty of care obligations for personnel onsite.
The Team Administrator - Training ensures the smooth execution of initial and ongoing prequalification and continued verification of competency, against Luerssen Australia required competencies as laid down in our Health and Safety Management plan (site requirements). This role requires strong interpersonal and organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand training needs and site requirements
- Coordinate, schedule and validate contractor qualifications, licences and certificates. Validate qualifications.
- Enrol and schedule ongoing training and VOC as requested.
- Communicate, respond and resolve to queries between internal and external stakeholders
- Administer procurement, purchase orders, expense management and record keeping practices to support the end-to-end process in accordance with legislation, contractual requirements and policies
Requirements:
- Completion of year 12 or equivalent
- Minimum two year's experience in workplace training and assessment or within generalist HR administration is essential
- Understanding and knowledge relating to site inductions, high-risk work licences and dealing with regulations and legislative training requirements
- Demonstrated work experience in using a Learning Management System, content integration and maintaining associated documentation.
- Experience working within a registered training organisation and knowledge of competency assessment
- Intermediate skills in Office 365 - specifically Word, Excel and Power Point
- High level of personal motivation, initiative, and a desire to provide a high level of support to enable HR team, project, and company to succeed and expand
