This role is an integral part of the team and responsibilities will include but not be limited to :
- Diary management and meeting coordination
- Travel arrangement and coordination
- Manage expense reimbursements
- Emails
- Produce reports and presentations and prepare correspondence
- Coordinate recruitment and on-boarding
- Coordinate events
- Two plus years experience as a Team Assistant or Coordinator supporting management level
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Operational administrative experience
- Friendly., can-do attitude
- Must have stakeholder management, ability to work as a team and collaborate with excellent communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
