Duties include but are not limited to:
  
  • Provide a high level of administration and general PA support to a Director and their team
  • Diary management plus help prepare your Director for meetings and ensure they have everything they need!
  • Liaise with clients on your Directors’ behalf – build strong relationships with these clients
  • Travel/Accommodation bookings
  • Preparation of client correspondence, reports, documentation and presentations
  • Billings
  • Maintain various internal systems
  • Assist with basic finance administration such as invoicing debtor coordination, expenses etc
  • Occasional Reception cover
  • Ad hoc administrative duties

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
  
  • Solid Administration Assistant experience
  • Advantageous if you’ve worked in some form of Professional Services firm including Accountancy, Legal, Insurance or Engineering where you are used to supporting a team
  • Team player attitude
  • Organised and able to multi-task with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • 2 positions available - 1 permanent role and 1 x mat leave contract
