The Spark Consortium has been selected to deliver the Central Package of the North East Link Project - Victoria's biggest road project.
The Spark Consortium’s Design and Construction Contractor - which comprises Webuild, CPB Contractors, GS Engineering and Construction and China Construction Oceania - will deliver the twin three-lane tunnels and key interchanges for the project.
The Central Package will be delivered as a Public Private Partnership and provides three-lane twin tunnels that will close the missing link in Melbourne’s freeway network from the M80 Ring Road to an upgraded Eastern Freeway, reducing journey times and diverting heavy vehicles away from local roads. Up to 135,000 vehicles will use North East Link every day, reducing congestion in the north-east while maintaining local roads.
Role Description
This is a new role with the key focus to support the Digital Delivery Director and the Digital Delivery team in a variety of administrative tasks. No two days are the same and we are seeking someone who can bring their coordination and forward-thinking mindset to the role.
Day to Day responsibilities
- Provide general administration assistance
- Work with a variety of programs and portals
- Communicate information accurately to key stakeholders
- Help drive and support recruitment activities for the team
- Coordinate onboarding for new team members
- Produce presentations and reports
- Complete tasks readily and reliably
- Improve administrative systems
Background and experience required
To be successful in the role, you will have high-level interpersonal skills. You will also have the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ideally experience in the construction or IT industries
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Friendly and vibrant personality with willingness to help when needed
- Positive attitude and a desire to go above and beyond
