The role
As a seasoned Occupational Therapist, you will be instrumental in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities.
Your role will involve:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to accurately identify client needs.
- Developing and implementing personalized intervention plans aligned with clients' NDIS goals.
- Delivering evidence-based therapy sessions, continuously monitoring and adjusting to optimize outcomes.
- Providing expert support to both pediatric and adult clients, addressing their unique needs with sensitivity.
- Collaborating within a transdisciplinary team to ensure integrated, high-quality service delivery.
- Maintaining detailed records and generating reports to track client progress and inform treatment adjustments.
- Participating actively in team meetings and contributing your expertise to case discussions.
