We are searching for a dedicated Team Leader to head up our Employer Support Centre (ESC) based in Brisbane.

About the role
As the Team Leader, you will lead the Employer Support Centre team in the provision of timely, accurate and technical support for Tier 2 queries received from various stakeholders (i.e. Operations teams, Digital Transactions and Gateway teams, Commercial Division, employers direct and payroll partners). Through your effective communication skills, strong ethics, empathy, and technical expertise, you will motivate the ESC to consistently deliver excellence in customer service.
A significant aspect of your role will include focusing on the employer and payroll partners' experience, ensuring that service quality and operational efficiency are at the forefront of the ESC's objectives. You will also be instrumental in meeting all clearing house administration and support service standards and driving core employer growth for ART and Beam.

- Demonstrated understanding and application of the principals involved in change management and coaching a team.

- Ability to influence key decision makers and stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.
- Ability to interpret team data points and measurables to drive proactive analytics.
