The CSO assists schools to build teaching and leadership capabilities in communities of professional educators who share responsibility for school improvement and for achieving the best outcomes for our students.

Team Leader, Fee Support
This position can be located in Tweed Heads, Lismore, Coffs Harbour or Port Macquarie
Full time, permanent position. Start date to be negotiated with the successful candidate.

Work Requirements:
- A current/valid Australian Driver’s License and eligibility to work within Australia for the period of the appointment
- Requirement to travel between locations (as required).
Qualifications:
A relevant qualification in accounting, or commerce is desirable.
Work Experience:
- At least 7 years experience working in the accounts receivable function with significant supervisory/Team Leadership experience highly desirable.
Key Capabilities:
- Demonstrated previous experience in the accounts receivable function, preferably in a large and complex organisation
- Ability to manage debt collection, including conducting interviews and resolving client queries
- Strong Team Leadership skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload for a team to ensure that deadlines are met
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills to communicate with various stakeholders and work in an effective team
- Ability to coach and mentor team members to build a cohesive team that delivers excellent customer focused services.
