We are seeking a Team Leader for our Glenelg Leisure team. The Team Leader will support the Branch Manager in day to day team operations, and provide positive support and encouragement to their team members.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support day to day team and office operations.
- Ensure team is engaged and aligned to PHT values.
- Maintain client service standards.
- Administration tasks (including file maintenance and reporting) are achieved in an accurate and timely manner.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
- Participate in (individual and team) PHT and supplier promotional events.
Experience and skills required:
- a minimum of 2 years experience in retail travel.
- proficient in the use of SABRE or similar GDS.
- experience in use of a mid-office system.
- well travelled.
- team oriented.
- excellent client service ethic and problem-solving skills.
- and have strong attention to detail.
