About the role
The Integration Team is responsible for the delivery, assurance and support of integration solutions and their underlying platforms required for Queensland Rail's IT systems to meet the organisation's business needs.
We are looking for Team Leader Integration (AS7) to drive the technical design, development, implementation, support, and maintenance of IT integration solutions and the associated platforms to support the successful delivery and support of IT solutions.
This is a hands-on role. While leading and mentoring 3 direct reports, you will be required to roll up your sleeves and work on the technical aspects of the role as much as managing the demand workload for the team, quickly re-prioritising when urgent demands arise. With the major integration platform of the organisation, comprising of webMethods Integration Server and Trading Networks, a high-level of skill and experience with these products is key. In addition, you must be available, and willing, to be on call (paid) as need.
This is a permanent, fulltime position, based in Brisbane CBD with a starting base salary of $139,943 plus 12.75% superannuation and hybrid work options to support the balance between work and personal commitments.
