Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Team Leader or experienced Clinician to join our LiveBig team!
- Full-time & Permanent (will consider 4 days for the right candidate)
- Can be based anywhere in Perth (hybrid role)
- Provide clinical guidance and support to a small team of dedicated and passionate consultants, including supervision and mentoring, reviewing reports and letters of recommendation and support with professional development
- You will also have your own diverse clinical caseload working within the community to provide high quality clinical support
- You will have full flexibility to be based from home to complete reporting and administration in support of your caseload

About you!
- You will ideally have Tertiary level education in a relevant human services discipline
- Registration with the NDIS commission (proficient as a minimum)
- A passion for working with people with a disability and NDIS and/or disability sector experience is preferred but not essential
- Ideally experience working in a community services setting
- A willingness to provide services within the community, including in-home
- A love for growing and developing young clinicians and leaders & truly inspiring them to be great
- Excellent time management skills and organisational skills
- IT skills at an intermediate level including computer and mobile, and a willingness to embrace new technology
