About the Role
At Green Options, we are a professional landscape management company known for creating and maintaining prestigious grounds, including some of Australia's most high-end landscaped gardens. We are currently seeking a hands-on Team Leader to join our team in Sydney.
As a Team Leader at Green Options, you will have the opportunity to lead a small team in delivering quality gardening maintenance services. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and improving gardens and lawns, ensuring high standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain green spaces.
- Implement horticultural best practices for plant care.
- Collaborate with the Contract Manager to enhance site aesthetics.
- Conduct soft landscaping installations across a variety of sites and locations.
- Opportunity to showcase your skills as a landscape designer, creating your very own gardens.
- Provide recommendations for landscaping improvements.
- Contribute to the overall environmental sustainability of the grounds.

About You
- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens (desirable).
- Valid drivers' license.
- Relevant experience in plant care and landscaping.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
