About the Position
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader Swim School to join our committed team at Bayswater Waves in a Permanent Full-Time position. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for innovation, contributing to the growth and success of our Swim School program and making it their own.
Reporting to the Programs Manager, you will coordinate the delivery of high-quality aquatic learn-to-swim education programs. You will also develop and promote existing programs to increase participation and actively identify and develop new efficiencies and extensions to the programs. As well as, building and maintaining relationships with user groups such as clubs and schools to develop programs that realise a commercial outcome.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated ability to lead a team and proven experience in program development. Possession of a current AUSTSwim Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety Award, Working with Children Clearance and Rescue Award is preferred but not essential.
