AddressWork alongside the Hardware Team Leader in leading and supporting the merchandising team with the implementation of all dedicated project and/or field activities. This includes ensuring performance metrics are achieved, whilst driving efficiencies and improving productivity.
- Supporting and assisting the building of fixtures and shelving
- Responsible for executing planograms within stores
- Acting as a point of contact for any day-to-day field-based enquiries from the Project Store Captains
- Any other relevant duties as requested by the ROM, such as visual merchandising management, support new store set-ups, relays & refits
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Training & coaching skills essential
- Drive and energy to coach and motivate
- Previous experience in the retail channel is essential – Hardware (Bunnings) is preferred
- Full Australian Driver’s License required
- An ability to travel interstate and regional as required
