Working as a Team Leader, you will be key in leading a team of Customer Service Representatives toward achieving optimal collections outcomes. You will ensure the team delivers exceptional quality standards aligned with client expectations, serving as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and requests.
In this role, you will;
Optimise team productivity and develop of a culture of continuous improvement
Ensure delivery of high-quality services and maintain compliance frameworks
Manage team’s efficiency by supporting efforts to reduce attrition and absenteeism
Maintain strong relationship with the client by understanding their needs, as the main point of contact
Implement succession plans to provide development opportunities
Create performance reports that meet the requirements of the leadership team and the client
What You’ll bring;
Proven experience in leading Contact Centre teams
Working knowledge of MS Office
Australian Citizenship, due to clearance requirements
Previous Experience in Government roles is advantageous
