What does the role involve?

• Leadership of a team of people including training, conducting performance reviews, scheduling shifts, managing leave  and attendance.
• Ensuring your section of the warehouse runs smoothly to keep stock in our stores for our customers
• Helping to develop the next generation of leaders in our warehouse by training and coaching team members to be their best
• Maximising resources efficiency to achieve business goals while controlling costs and minimising losses.
• Delegating tasks efficiently, capitalising on the skills, roles, and interests of your team members to achieve results.
• Maintaining the highest standards of compliance, safety, and cleanliness to create an environment that celebrates and nutures excellence.
