Your new role
This position will work within the Connected Cloud Engineering team within the Client's Connected Vehicle Services business unit.
The focus of the Technical Business Analyst will be to research, elicit and document the business requirements, technical requirements and functional specifications with support of the business product owners, engineering, architecture, and international vendor teams. Automotive and/or cloud platform and/or mobile app project background will be required.
Accountabilities
- You will be required to work closely with technical stakeholders to understand and document technical requirements, technical flows, processes, design methodologies, technical/product capabilities mapping, testing approaches etc.
- You may be required to work with business stakeholders to understand product requirements and produce evidence that technical requirements meet the product requirements.
- Run detailed requirement workshops / discussions as needed.
- Responsible for the traceability of user stories / requirements / journey maps to delivered solutions.
- Support the Shakeout / SIT / Functional Testing on completed development.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in projects that involved delivery of automotive connected technologies utilising cloud platforms/ mobile apps within complex environments.
- Understanding and working knowledge of:
Agile & DevOps practices
Lean, Continuous Improvement
- Strong stakeholder engagement.
- Strong business/commercial focus on delivering benefit to the organization through I.T.
- Experience in Tech flow diagrams and capability matrix.
- Understanding of the products like smart phone to networks to vehicle, track the hops, tech floor diagrams, etc.
