The sales team is expanding to service the growing number of high-level Business Summits produced within Australia. Delegates are sourced direct from the C-Suite of the top tier of blue-chip companies, government departments and educational institutions.
We're looking for two candidates (Junior & Senior) for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Sales Executive Responsibilities :
Meet and exceed sales targets
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Outbound calls to source and secure new delegates
End to End sales cycle responsibility
Lead sourcing & qualification
Superb closing skills
Consistent achievement of KPI's, both daily,weekly and monthly sales activity
Required Skills :
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in similar role
Extremely high-level of communication skills both verbal and written
Strong command of the English language
Pro- active and driven attitude, and strong desire to hit and exceed sales targets
Ability to work autonomously and self – motivate
Team player and contributor of ideas and feedback to continuously improve sales practice
A high level of organisation skills and the ability to multi-task
Confident, professional and goal focused
Salary is made up of a basic salary, and an extremely high level of commission. This is the role for an ambitious high achiever. As such the commission structure is structured to offer high financial rewards for top performers.
