We encourage graduates who have worked or interned in similar positions to apply as this is a junior based position! You will report and receive direct training from our SEO Lead but also enjoy comprehensive support from both our SEO Content Specialist and SEO Content Coordinator-ensuring you never feel left adrift as you make your mark on the team.

You will be responsible for regularly auditing the Stake.com website, detecting patterns, ongoing website optimisation, identifying trends, as well as reporting key metrics such as organic site clicks, traffic volume, impressions count and CTR.

You will also possess a keen eye for analysing trends and data, coupled with a great proficiency in Excel (or similar tools) for generating insightful reports.

The team also hosts monthly SEO Meetups to help further broaden SEO understanding and practices, highlighting the importance of the ever-growing space.

What you will do:

• Assist with technical SEO audits to improve website's search engine visibility
• Support in optimising site structure, speed, and crawlability via our CMS (Sanity)
• Brief stakeholders on technical SEO requirements to achieve desired outcomes
• Collaborate with the CRM, Acquisition and Product teams to ensure harmonised technical and content SEO efforts
• Analyse and report on website technical performance and optimisation opportunities
• Support in the management and implementation of structured data and schemas
• Stay abreast of the latest technical SEO strategies, trends, and best practices
• Conduct ad-hoc corrections or updates on the Stake.com website, focusing on technical SEO aspects
• Help manage and prioritise resources for various SEO activities

What you will bring:

• Degree or Masters in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related discipline
• 1-2 years experience in similar Tech SEO roles
• Experience in either HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics or similar for data analysis and reporting

Bonus points if you also have:

• Experience with SEO Tooling such as Screaming Frog/Ahrefs/SEMRush/Google Search Console is highly advantageous
• Background or knowledge in any data management/analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc
• Experience in any kind of Content Management Systems (e.g. Wordpress, Shopify, Magento, etc.)
• Sports and Gambling knowledge
