Care to facilitate a journey back to pre-injury duties.As our Technical Services Officer you will be supporting the intake and assessment of claims. Your role will see you gathering, monitoring, and assessing information on the claims that will ensure a smooth service provided to the injured workers. More specifically, you will: Provide technical support for low complexity claims including triage, PIAWE reviews and approvals and escalations
Monitoring of daily compliance requirements across Low Complexity TeamProviding coaching support to case managers where required
Assist in the maintenance and management of claims strategies and objectives
About you
Extensive experience in a workers’ compensation claims role or?similar?role?with broad knowledge of workers compensation laws and compliance obligations
Demonstrated experience in supporting Case Manager coaching, decision making and technical claims management. Excellent people, communication, written, and networking skills.
