- Available to you will be working a 9-day fortnight with RDOs every second week.

- Co-designing OSD Technical Competency and Training Strategy, Programs of Work, and continuous improvement activities.
- Engaging with internal stakeholders to gather technical workplace task requirements.
- Validating and review existing technical business documents for accuracy and relevance.
- Assisting in identifying and filling gaps in technical document content.
- Developing and curating training resources, including manuals, presentations, and supplementary materials.
- Contributing to job-task analysis workshops, Technical Competency Matrix development, and Technical Training strategy design.
- You’ll hold a certificate IV+ in Training and Assessment (TAE 2022) coupled with experience in a similar position/doing similar work.
- Queensland Electrical Licence
- Certificate IV in Project Management or equivalent, or the willingness to obtain.
- Change management qualifications (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) or a willingness to obtain.
