So, what’s the role?
In this role you will be responsible for playing a critical role supporting the technology function with operational and strategic initiatives.
This role offers hybrid working, but the desired candidate must be based in Melbourne.
This role can be part-time or full time - please indicate full-time salary when applying.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Operating rhythm:
- Establish and maintain the Technology leadership team operating rhythm and annual calendar.
- Strategic planning and delivery:
- Coordinate the development, delivery and monitor the Technology strategy and roadmap to enable the Head of Technology to focus on transforming technology at Bank First.
- Project support:
- Coordinate and support special projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate regular initiatives such as annual BCP testing events and quaternal vendor reviews.
- Communication:
- Research and analyse information to assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, papers, conference/ events keynotes, and correspondence.
- Contribute to the design and facilitation of critical meetings.
- Stakeholder management:
- Liaise with external vendors to schedule check-ins and follow up requirements.
- Support vendor evaluations, negotiations and check in on their obligations
- Partner with Finance to support budget management.
- Work closely with the Risk teams to coordinate activities and projects.
- Diary management:
- Provide diary management and oversee the scheduling of events.
- Coordinate and assist maintaining reporting dashboards
The desired, Tertiary qualified candidate will need the following:
- Experience in a Business Manager or similar role (Project Manager, Senior Project Coordinator) preferably within a Technology function
- Ability to build strong relationships across a spectrum of internal and external stakeholders, problem solve and drive outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail and written and verbal communication.
- Project and change management (desirable).
