About the OpportunityAs a Technology Product Advisor you will act as the conduit between customers across various sites, WesTrac and Caterpillar. This position will allow you to utilise your technology expertise and your ability to build rapport with customers to ensure that our customer sees return on investment. Reporting to the Support & Implementation Supervisor and receiving guidance and support from the Technology Product Specialist, you will work closely with the Product & Technology Advisor on the design of customer solutions. Regular travel will be required throughout NSW. We are looking for two Technology Product Advisor's to join our growing team. One position will be based from Mudgee and one position will be based from Tomago. These roles attract a Monday-Friday roster totalling a 45 hour working week. Responsibilities will include:Providing advice, action and consultation to customers regarding implementation, faults & diagnosis, root cause analysis, maintenance & repair strategiesCustomer support via the WesTrac Technology phone and helpdesk systemsConducting training both in-house and to our customers on immerging technology solutionsProviding hands-on technical expertise for complex issuesIssuing regular technology implementation & performance reports outlining current performance or progress levels, gaps, and the progress of plans to rectifyAs a true expert in technology, you will have a strong relationship with Caterpillar technology SME's and be considered a trusted technology adviser by our customers.
