Technology Trainer

ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
We are seeking a service-focused Technology Trainer to join the Melbourne office on a full-time, onsite basis. You will be providing a timely, efficient and effective training on technology and application support services to the firm. Some of your responsibilities include:
- providing 1-on-1 or classroom/group training on legal software applications, Microsoft Office suite, PDF and other new programs
- providing desktop support to users by phone or in person
- setting up and troubleshooting audio-visual and video conferencing systems
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
I am looking for someone who has previously worked in a legal firm. You may even be a Legal Secretary or in HR looking for a career change and have conducted training previously. Some of the experiences you need to bring to the team are:
- ability to engage and hold the attention of your trainees
- expert in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word (with advance formatting, cross referencing, styles, template creation, etc.)
- assisting in writing and implementing training manuals, documenting Frequently Asked Questions
- providing timely problem resolution and responsiveness
SALARY PACKAGE:
Depending on your experience, this role is backed by a package of between $80k to $110k including super.
