Job description

The Role
As the Finance/Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for contributing to the accounts functions of this large property located in the Mossvale area.
This unique role is ready for someone to commence immediately with the potential of going permanent for the right candidate. 

Monday - Friday (Open to school hours)

Your duties will include:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Invoice processing and payments
  • Expense management 
  • Reporting
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Reconciliation
  • General Office Admininstration
Skills & experience
If you want the opportunity to be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following:
  • Previous experience in a similar role (Preferably in real estate or Property)
  • XERO experience is a MUST 
  • Strong administration skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be good with numbers
  • Accounts experience
