ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is a highly successful plumbing/electrical services provider located in Knoxfield. They are seeking a temporary Office Support & Administrator with experience to fill an annual leave role.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
Answering phone/email enquiries;
processing orders;
Reviewing & sending job reports;
Support sales consultants and client liaison team to maximise efficiency;
CRM management (Aroflo);
Ad hoc office and administrative duties.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role;
Demonstrated ability to proactively support operations including an ability to anticipate needs;
AroFlo and Plumbing/Electrical experience is not essential, however highly regarded;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to draw out meaningful information and deliver in a fast-paced environment;
Great time management, planning and organisational skills;
Strong computer literacy, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
