THE ROLE

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager / National Sales Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for developing, monitoring sales activity, and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.
  • Sells consumables and capital equipment to achieve Sales objectives.
  • Effectively manages assets in the field such as samples, and trial equipment.
  • Provides focused sales presentations and product training in the allied health setting to develop relationships with clinicians, Clinics & Hospital staff.
  • Scheduling workshops with the Tech sales team to expand the business.
  • Develops and maintains a strong market orientation that builds competitive knowledge.
  •  Active involvement in pre and post tender planning and execution in conjunction with the Sales managers.
  • Prepares and submits on a timely basis, field activity reports that comply with reporting requirements for the territory and other reports requested by the manager.
  • Communicates with management on changes in market attitudes regarding the Allied Health market.
  • CRM maintenance.
  • Attends and participates in Sales and Industry meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong organisational and planning skills. 
  • An ability to work well under pressure to ensure positive outcomes. 
  • The ability to develop and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • The ability to work well and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Computer skills (including word and excel).
