About the role

In this role you will partner in business with your contractors and link in strongly with the construction markets they work in, for sustained business growth. You'll be joining a high performing team of sales professionals that represent the best products in the market, that are proudly manufactured locally to the highest quality.

Dulux Acratex also boasts a market leading distribution position to assist you as the Territory Manager, with all growth opportunities that present themselves in the market. In representing the Dulux Acratex brand, you’ll be representing one of the most technically advanced solutions in the market which is backed by over 45 years of quality and service.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing customers needs and to passionately take our solutions to new customers and areas, growing your portfolio through a planned, strategic approach. This is a fantastic front line sales role where you’ll be supported by your leader and the broader Dulux sales, marketing, operations and stores teams.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for commercial Acratex business engagement and development of the project pipeline
  • Direct engagement with Acratex customers, influencing sales involvement
  • Coaching and motivating internal business units, sales executives, store owners and representatives
  • Provide product education both internally and externally
  • Build and maintain a positive team culture and strong safety focus

Skills & Experience

  • Previous staff coaching and development experience
  • Experience in the construction industry (advantageous)
  • Solid sales experience and proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets and KPI's
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to harness established customer relationships
  • Experience in analysing data and generating insights
  • Strong account management experience with the ability to generate new business opportunities
  • Previous experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
