This senior level sales position joins an established business selling heavy equipment into civil, construction, quarries and mining around NSW. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage and grow the existing customer base and identify new business opportunities
- Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers and prospects
- Conduct regular product demonstrations and equipment presentations
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close deals
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences and events to promote the company's products and services
- Submit regular reports on sales activity, customer feedback and market trends

The Candidate
In order to be considered, candidates will come from a strong technical operations or management role with in the crushing or quarrying industry.
Key candidate criteria are:
- Technical CRUSHING & SCREENING experinece
- Hands on experinece as a crushing supervisor, quarry supervisor or manager
- Desire to move into an external sales position
- Tenacious approach to developing business and managing clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
