We are seeking a permanent fulltime experienced Territory Manager to join our motivated, high performing team of sales professionals. This appointment will be dedicated to our Perth CBD & surrounds customers.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Manager will develop and execute territory sales plans that increase market share and deliver sustainable revenue growth. With a focus on our practitioner customer retention, growing existing business and identifying new business, the successful appointment will be driven to succeed and skilled in identifying customer needs, influencing outcomes and building strong customer relationships.
This is a high growth and rewarding industry, therefore we seek a seasoned sales professional to represent our iconic Metagenics brand. This role will require occasional trips to regional areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute territory plans that deliver sustainable revenue growth and deliver on business commitments.
- Increase penetration and share of Metagenics product range through effective representation and sell in of core and new products
- Identify and escalate at risk customers and or groups, develop and execute plans that ensure customer retention
- Grow our share with core customers, driving ranging, distribution, presence and promotional execution
- Develop a pipeline of new business that contributes to territory growth through effective identification, qualification and closing of new account prospects
- Work with our Health Care Practitioners to assist in the delivery of key technical product education and commercial messages
- Effectively manage territory, maintaining customer coverage, call rates, reach and frequency that grow your business and deliver to objectives
- Build CRM for nominated Territory, maintain customer call records in CRM
- Prepare and provide KPI and objective reporting to the Regional Sales Manager or Sales Leadership as required
To succeed in this role, you will need…
- Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) or Advanced Diploma coupled with industry experience-ideal
- Demonstrated experience in Field Territory Sales Management with proven success- ideal
- Be a strong public speaker with presence to facilitate small to medium sized training and education sessions
- Able and willing to travel as a requirement of the appointment-have your own vehicle
