About the role

Based in Brisbane, we now have a vacancy for a motivated professional to join our PeriAnaesthesia team and contribute to the continued success of our business. This role will oversee a territory based in Queensland and regular travel within the designated region is expected.

The Territory Manager - PeriAnaesthesia is a dynamic sales role, that involves working in a complex clinical setting. Our recently established sales team focuses on market development and education of Key Opinion Leaders (KOL's) to drive adoption of Fisher & Paykel humidification technology into the operating room environment.

You will be involved in promoting our humidification technology to improve care and outcomes in anaesthesia. Identifying and developing sites for evaluation of our products and developing relationships with KOL's in anaesthesia and surgical disciplines are critical to your success in this role.  As a subject matter expert, you will provide education and high level technical support to Anaesthetists and surgical teams to improve care and outcomes.

About you

You will ideally have experience in the theatre environment, be resilient, adept in having robust clinical discussions, adaptable and keen to develop your clinical and sales knowledge.  Additionally, proven sales experience in a medical / clinical environment with a strong relationship building skillset will be a definite advantage.

You may be from a medical/nursing/technical background and have a strong desire to enter a sales environment or you may already have some sales experience and can grasp and explain technical and clinical concepts. Either way, we will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this role. In addition, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence a wide range of people.

In order to succeed you will need to be a patient, persistent and passionate person and have a positive outlook despite challenging client interactions. You will be required to communicate effectively and work closely with other members of the sales team to coordinate activities and team success.
