We're looking for an Office Administrator ready to jump into a variety of tasks critical to supporting the business. To thrive in this role, you'll need to be conscientious, flexible, proactive, and possess excellent attention to detail.
Your Role at Realserve
Reporting to the National Administration Manager, you'll ensure seamless business operations in a dynamic, fast-paced role. Adaptability and task prioritisation are crucial as no two days are the same. From handling travel arrangements to overseeing compliance and stationery ordering, you’ll be central to our administrative function, playing a key role in our team.
Tasks include -
- Maintain and implement administrative systems
- Monitoring and oversight of external Reception services
- Travel & Accommodation Bookings
- Motor Vehicle Fleet Management
- Maintaining employee/company compliance details in client portals
- Maintain employee training information and register
- Supply Management: ordering stationery, uniforms, and other office supplies.
- HR and WHS Support: Assisting with HR processes and employee onboarding; supporting with WHS regulations and reporting, including Risk Assessments and SWMS
- Financial Administration: Accounts Payable; Expense & AMEX reconciliation; Invoicing
- Ad-hoc Duties: Providing flexible support across various tasks to contribute to the efficiency of the business.

The Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in office administration
- Well organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of O365 Suite
- CRM 365 experience, advantageous
- MYOB experience, preferred
- Drivers License
