Due to expansion within the business. Flexco, a leading global manufacturer, is looking for a Territory Manager to help us increase sales revenue and maintain customer relationships. In this role, we seek outstanding organisational and distributor relationship skills. The successful candidate will also be an excellent communicator who understands customer needs and is able to provide solutions accordingly. Ultimately, you will ensure our customers are provided significant value through our range of products. Through the utilisation of existing market data, you will develop sales plans and target under-penetrated sites/industries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining solid working relationships with distributors and end users by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by delivering support and value to our distributors/end users within an assigned territory.
- Analysing sales and market data to determine the most effective sales techniques.
- Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory across a wide range of products and industries.
- Conducting customer visits on a regular basis either in conjunction with our distributor network or directly with end users.
- Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations.
- Monitoring competitors’ sales activity within an assigned territory and funneling information back to the marketing department.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Relevant experience in a direct sales or marketing role
- Previous industry related experience is favoured
- High level computer literacy – Microsoft Office
- Current drivers license
- Experience using a CRM system, SalesForce experience is a bonus
