Job description:
The Time Administration Officer will be based in the Rail Management Centre at Bowen Hills. Working in The SEQ Roster Centre this position is responsible for providing an efficient Time Administration service to support with timesheets, payroll and investigating exceptions and queries for SEQ and Regional traincrew.

Overview of responsibilities:
- Keeping employee entitlement details up to date and processing manual timesheets, travel expenses and exception claims.
- Completing investigation work into traincrew pays whist providing effective customer service.
- Keeping absence records updated.
- Inputting exceptions into SAP for payroll.
- Liaising with stakeholders communicating outcomes of investigations and keeping them regularly updated of progress.

What you will bring to the role:
- Previous administrative experience with high attention to detail.
- Intermediate MS office skills with ability to learn new programs and systems.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to establish and develop working relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to be agile and highly adaptable to changing plans/ targets.
