As a Finance Manager for TEG you are responsible for finance function of the relevant Touring businesses including providing management support for decision making, as well as the ongoing development and monitoring of internal controls to preserve Company assets and report accurate financial results to key internal and external stakeholders.

About the role
- Determine optimal structure, roles and skills within finance team to align with the finance team goals and whist supporting the touring business strategy.
- Develop a high performance team through use of targeted goals & KPI’s and coaching & mentoring. Be involved in recruiting new staff as required.
- Manage the team in ensuring the day to day operations and accuracy of tour accounting, in addition to the month-end process including the reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
- Overall management of regular forecasting and the month-end reporting process, including liaising with the Business Leads, and the TEG Head Office team.
- Optimise cash flow & return on working capital.
- Recommend ongoing cost control initiatives through monthly management account analysis, interface with budget owners
- Providing commercial support to the business to ensure financial goals and objectives are met
- Analytical review of monthly results to identify and understand key variances and trends.
- Identify efficiencies and leverage the use of systems to simplify processes and minimise the need for manual work data entry and work arounds.
About you
- CA / CPA qualified.
- Minimum of five years' experience post qualification.
- Prior demonstrated experience in budgeting and internal management reporting.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
- High attention to detail
- Ability to embrace and drive change within the business.
