AddressEvolution is looking for a Traffic Scheduler - Brisbane for our afternoon shift, working 12noon to 8pm, Monday to Friday.
As our Traffic Scheduler you respond to client requests, assigning traffic controllers and appropriate resources, and providing notifications to all parties via our in-house rostering system. Training will be provided.
This is a fast-paced environment with jobs coming in continuously throughout the day and night, so we require someone who is calm under pressure, has a high level of attention to detail and who is able to multi-task.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a scheduling / rostering capacity within a complex, fast paced environment,
- Strong level of customer service and polite phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and a strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Experience within Traffic Industry (preferred by not essential)
Please note this role does assist on the weekend on call roster, approximately once every 6 weeks.
