Medical Receptionist - Trainee

The Role  

This role comes with a plenty of variety and the chance to get highly sought after experience. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;  

• Welcome and greet patients/customers when they present for their procedures as required
• Facilitate the booking of patients into the hospital for procedures as required
• Communicate with appropriate key services (hospital staff, anaesthetic service, surgeons) to coordinate hospital theatre lists on scheduled days
• Answer the telephone and responding to requests
• To provide administrative support for any administrative requests and actions

• Attention to details and a high level of accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise work and meet deadlines
• Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality in matters relating to patient information
