The PositionTRS Resourcing is looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants for 2024. You will report directly to the founding director (Tavis Shearer), who has over 22 years of experience in the recruitment industry, working from our Docklands office.
You will be responsible for sourcing and screening various technical blue-collar or 3PL Logistics roles across Melbourne from multiple sources and developing your client pipeline over time. To succeed at TRS Resourcing, you will be resilient, self-motivated and desire to achieve results.
You are building your desk at TRS Resourcing, which you can call your own. Tavis and the TRS management team will support you with proven recruitment strategies to help you succeed in this position.
This job would suit someone who understands voice tonality's importance and has excellent time management and digital/computer IT skills.
We are open to looking at candidates from all sales backgrounds, travel agents/travel industry, etc. Full training will be provided. The 13-week training program ensures you have the best foundation for success.
