Duties include but are not limited to;
- Completing site inductions with new starters and monitor renewals for existing staff.
- Completing floor walks
- Record-keeping of training/induction paperwork
- Organisation of training plans for team members
- Conducting regular training analysis, assessments of competence and general administrative tasks in a timely manner
The successful applicant will possess the following;
- Must be a self-starter, with great time-management skills
- Able to work autonomously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Have great interpersonal skills, and remain friendly and approachable
- Ability to work Monday to Friday from as early as 06:00am, to as late as 3pm - some flexibility available
- Previous knowledge and experience within a similar production/manufacturing environment are highly desired.
- Current and valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle
