KIMT is seeking expressions of interest for the position of Trainer and Assessor for weekdays. The position requires passionate individuals with Experience in the industry.
Essential
To be considered for this position you should meet the following selection criteria:
- Certificate IV in Training And Assessment (TAE40116)
- Must have qualifications in the relevant sector
- Work Experience in the Community Services Sector or Age Care Sector
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with International Students
Desirable, but not essential:
- Previous experience in a classroom-based training & assessment role
- A sound knowledge of the VET sector
- An understanding of the varying needs of Students
You must have exceptional time management, communication and organisational skills, and be confident, outgoing and enthusiastic. You must also have a good command and knowledge of MS Office suite.
A flexible and adaptable attitude to your work and a positive approach to problem-solving will suit this position.
Experience working in Multicultural organizations and understanding of local and International student requirements.
