The Role:
Due to an internal promotion we are seeking applications for our Talent Acquisition Coordinator role. In this role you will work within a team of four coordinators, to support the Talent Acquisition Advisors with administrative and recruitment tasks. The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator operates within a high volume environment and is responsible for administering pre-employment checks, compiling reporting as well as the coordination of other recruitment activities to support the delivery of proactive best-practice recruitment and selection. A key support role to deliver UnitingCare’s Talent Acquisition strategy, The TA Coordinator will drive customer experience through the delivery of timely and efficient administration and recruitment activity coordination.
About You:
You will be an experienced Team Administrator, who has ideally worked within a fast-paced Recruitment, HR or Onboarding team. You will be highly organised, be a keen coordinator and have strong computer skills. You will work well both autonomously, and in a team setting, focused on your contributions to the wider teams hiring efforts.
