Access theSome of your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver large, complex training initiatives, particularly those in high pressure, deadline-driven, multi-site environments.
- Provide training expertise in the development of the training plan, training needs analysis that will support the transition to the SAP ECC6 roG solution across internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Develop a suite of training materials relevant to the delivery model for each stakeholder group.
- Develop and design a range of comprehensive financial training sessions and materials including trainer guides, workbooks, and PowerPoint presentations to assist participants in achieving learning outcomes.
- Oversee logistics to ensure the necessary training infrastructures (including training environments) are in place to support training activities aligned to the transition of the SAP ECC6 roG solution.
- Provide authoritative advice to the Project Manager and Organisational Change Manager, on a broad range of training issues.
- Demonstrated strong skills, knowledge, and expertise in developing and delivering training and development activities.
- Demonstrated ability in the development, quality assurance and evaluation of Finance training documentation in both written and online formats for large scale IT system implementations.
- High level knowledge of contemporary developments and trends in training and documentation and their application to training solutions for shared service business process and system implementation.
- Highly developed written, interpersonal and oral communication skills including a proven ability to liaise, negotiate and consult with a diverse range of stakeholders and build positive relationships.
