HR Internal Recruitment & Training Officer

Key Responsibilities:
You will play a pivotal role in supporting our 120 staff, not just at a desk but across multiple faciilities, from the factory floor to the coldroom warehouse to the retail setting. Your responsibilities include:
Recruitment: Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. Your keen eye for talent and potential will help us attract the best, and those who can be.
Rostering: Efficiently manage employee rosters, ensuring optimal staffing levels while considering employee availability and preferences and cost. You will be in charge of maintaining a balanced, efficient and productive workforce.
Induction: Create and oversee our employee induction program, ensuring that new team members feel welcome, informed, and ready to excel from day one. You will also work with other team leaders to ensure that existing staff maintain their skills and requirements.
Training: Coordinate and administer training and development programs, identifying areas for skills enhancement and career growth within our organisation. You have the freedom to create and implement your ideas – the sky’s the limit!
Ad-Hoc Admin: Complete other administrative duties within the HR scope
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR administration, with a focus on recruitment, rostering, and Training.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational ability and time-management.
Proactive, flexible problem solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to visit various sites to facilitate in person.
