About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Training Officer to join our WA branch, located at Perth on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Training Manager and working closely with the HSEQ Team, this role involves WA travel and some interstate travel.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver Supagas skills based training, ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Record and document all training
- Deliver hand's on training, with a strong operational focus
- Conduct truck driver in-cab training and assessments
- Establish and maintain a working training schedule for the WA branches.
- Maintain a date based alert system to ensure time critical training is identified and delivered

- Minimum of five years experience in a similar training role
- A formal training qualification
- Proven experience delivering in-cab training and assessments
- Dangerous Good and MC License an advantage, not essential
- Gas industry experience an advantage, not essential
- Have a natural aptitude for training, including developing training plans, training documentation and monitoring and achieving compliance target
- The successful candidate will be required to attend a pre-employment medical
